Agile Approaches to Ecological Stewardship

Brad is a Learning Experience Designer, Facilitator, Advisor, and Coach. He has worked in the field of global sustainability for over 25 years, both as an international consultant and corporate practitioner; advising companies, nonprofits, and communities to design and catalyze sustainability solutions. He is focused on the people side of sustainability; helping clients bring their sustainability strategies to life by working with their leaders and teams to develop the mindsets and skills that are necessary for facilitating sustainable and regenerative change. He brings a broad spectrum of sustainability experience from strategic planning to tactical design and implementation, program management, employee and stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and leadership development. Brad earned a Masters degree in Sustainable Business from The George Washington University and a BA from Vanderbilt University.

Using the Ecological Footprint Quiz as the basis for a conversation around how our daily decisions and actions, when added up collectively, impact the planet’s available biocapacity and it’s ability to (or not) regenerate.

The session will use self and systems awareness as the basis for learning and action.
