About the Speaker

Michael (he/him) is a senior leader with 18 years experience focused on helping large organizations develop business agility to accelerate the transition to net zero. Whether helping teams advance delivery of climate projects or diagnosing systemic enterprise challenges that are roadblocks to sustainability, Michael’s approaches are anchored in meeting people where they are at with an agile approach to organizational sustainability. Michael is a Partner in ADAPTOVATE’s Canadian office and is the Global Practice Lead for the firm’s sustainability offerings. He resides in Toronto with his husband.
