In this lightning talk, I will explore how teenagers and youth can leverage Agile methodologies to drive sustainable action and make a meaningful impact on environmental issues. From climate change to social justice, today's youth are increasingly passionate about driving positive change in their communities and beyond. By adopting Agile principles, young activists can further their efforts, enhance collaboration, and achieve greater sustainability outcomes. I'll discuss practical strategies for empowering youth to leverage Agile frameworks in their advocacy work, community projects, and personal initiatives. Through iterative problem-solving, adaptive planning, and cross-disciplinary collaboration, young leaders can drive innovation, resilience, and inspire lasting change in the pursuit of a more sustainable future.
