About the Speaker
Our speaker is a seasoned Agile coach and practitioner with over a couple of decades of experience working with teams and organizations to adopt Agile methodologies. With a deep understanding of the principles and values of Agile, he has successfully coached numerous teams in embracing Agile practices to increase collaboration, adaptability, and efficiency. He is a co-founder of an Agile group in India that was founded in 2015 called Agile Practitioners Group of India (APGI). He holds a Masters degree in Operations. He is an ICF Certified Coach. He takes pride in calling himself an ‘Agile caretaker’ as he believes in ‘Being’ Agile. He is recognised for his stellar record in helping clients in enabling Business Agility within their ecosystem through Team, Executive and Leadership Coaching. As an Agile Amigo, he is committed to dedicate his time outside of his day job towards helping the Agile community, volunteering, blogging, being a guest speaker on a few Agile podcasts, speaking at Global conferences like Agile Ireland, Agile Cambridge, and a few other Agile meetups.
